CAN I FREEZE THE MEAT ONCE IT HAS ARRIVED?

Yes all the meats can be placed in a freezer. The packaging will state if it is fresh or frozen.

The frozen meats have been frozen solid and put straight into our purpose built refrigerated vehicles straight to your door.

The fresh products have never been frozen so either one is suitable for home freezing.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

We are proud to offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £30, otherwise a £4 charge apply’s.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

Anything Ordered before 2pm on a Thursday will be delivered that week on Friday, Saturday or Sunday between 10am and 6pm to the ares below. (if you can not see your area please email us and we will see if we can deliver to you)
Friday between 10am to 6pm – CV1, CV2, CV3, Brandon, Ansty, Stilton, and Wolston

Saturday between 10am to 6pm – CV4, CV5, Bagington, Balsall Common, Berkswell, Meriden, Leamington and Kenilworth, Southam, Warwick and Warwick Parkway

Sunday between 10am to 6pm – CV6, CV11, CV12, CV10, Coundon, Allesley, Holbrooks, Foleshill, Radford, Longford, Exhall, Ash Green, Keresley, Corley, Arley, Shilton and Fillongley
We will contact you on the number you provided us the day before your delivery with a 2 hour delivery slot.

WHAT IF MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED?

Don’t worry! We’ll contact you at first sign of any problems, but if you haven’t heard from us do drop us a line at wholesalemeats@tiscali.co.uk or call us on 02476 367 435 and we’ll be able to give you more information.

HOW CAN I PAY?

You can pay online when you order your shop using Visa, Visa Electron or Mastercard through our secure payment gateway with WorldPay. They are owned by Natwest Bank and are one of the biggest payment gateway specialists.

HOW DOES MY MEAT STAY FRESH?

We put together your delivery and it goes straight into our purpose built refrigerated vehicles straight to your door.

WHAT IF I’M NOT IN WHEN YOU DELIVER?

Occasionally some people are not in when we deliver, if possible in the special instructions box leave advice of somewhere safe and suitable within your own property or details of a neighbour who will be happy to accept your delivery on your behalf.
