We'd ordered online and whilst we were waiting to collect it one of the women working on the desk saw an elderly couple waiting in the long queue. First time buyer - The team is really nice and friendly and helpful. Have so far tried sirloin steak , bacon and today the leg of lamb all delicious . Only downside was I wish I had bought more bacon and I forgot lamb chops and Gammon steaks but good job as couldn't have got them in freezer . Certainly be returning
